We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse – days to work for a supportive and friendly Nursing Home that offers excellent progression and development opportunities in Plymouth area.
Here they provide nursing and social care for elderly people with physical frailty and mental health. You will be joining an outstanding team, highly qualified and experienced within the medical and care profession.
Your focus will be on ensuring that the health and care needs of all individuals is delivered safely and effectively, in line with best practice Home policy and procedures.
Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at our Nursing Home, your primary focus will be on delivering safe and effective care to our residents, in line with our best practice Home policy and procedures. You will work collaboratively with our exceptional team, fostering positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Valid registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
