Support worker – Cullompton

We are looking for committed and compassionate healthcare workers to join the team of a residential/nursing home in Cullompton.

The home is a registered with 23 beds and offers support for adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including supporting with daily living skill development, personal care, community-based activities, and working with some behaviours which may present as challenging.

The candidate

We are looking for committed and compassionate staff to join a friendly and professional team, whether you have experience or not. If you are looking to make a positive impact on the people’s lives that live with us but have no experience within the care industry, we still want to hear from you as full training is provided. We will offer NVQ upon passing of probation.

The role

Support for adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including supporting with daily living skill development, personal care, community-based activities, and working with some behaviours which may present as challenging.
